I read all the reviews about liberty law unfortunately not early enough to avoid being scammed. They took my little money and did nothing they promised. The last I spoke with them I was told that they were in negotiations with my mortgage company. That was about June 3rd. I called every week since and have gotten no response. Now the emails are being returned and undeliverable and the phones no longer work. When I called the 866# they say someone will be with you and no one ever picks up.
they tolod me not to contact the mortgae company becasue they were handling everything.
i have no idea what to do. i am six months behind in my mortgage payments, disabled and on a fixed income.
i am wondering if all of us who have been frauded by this company can get to gether to file a class action suit.
I have no idea how to do this but willing to do whatever it takes.
BEWARE!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS. THE HAVE AN OFFICE IN MONTCLAIR CA TOO
