As of 06/20/10 Brian J. Colombana is no longer able to practice law.
According to the Ca State Bar website (http://members.calbar.ca.gov/search/member_detail.aspx?x=238272)
On 06/17/10 there was disciplinary actions to be effective on Fathers Day,

irreparable damage or injury is defined as - the type of harm which no monetary compensation can cure or put conditions back the way they were.
I am hoping that someone will start a class action lawsuit against Mr. Colombana and his related companies.
I have not done business with him personally but know of people who have and they do not even realize that they were scammed and still believe that Brian can help them. It is a sad sad case.
I hope this news will bring some peace to some of his victims. Unfortunately it will not put the money they lost back in their pockets or bring their houses back.
