We have had a terrible experience with Liberty Law Firm we have been doing a loan modification with them for 4 months now and I have had to be the one doing all of the foot work. No calls from them no updates till 2 weeks ago. When we first met with the representative Johnny Leonardo we agreed to do Both of our loans with them each loan modification was $995.00 and we paid an extra $995.00 for the so called attorney to audit our documents from our original loans. So in total we paid them $2995.00. He told us it was all a one time fee and everything should be modified no longer then 2 months. On Thursday June 3 I received a phone call from my so called agent doing my loan modifications Alma Castillo notifying me that because there so over whelmed if I wanted to continue with there services I would have to pay $99.00 a month witch was not in our contract. So now they have not even worked on our second loan because the first has not been modified. We were robbed. They are a scam and I don't recommend anyone to them I am going to take them to court. So for those out there that are looking for a loan modification definitely do not go to them.
