My husband and I had numerous telephone conversations with representatives from Liberty Law Firm in anticipation of obtaining a loan modification. Employees seem to come and go and appear not to actually be "employees" of the "firm," but appear to be appointment setters / inside sales telemarketers. They didn't even know the main number of the company & email addresses appear to be personal gmail accounts. Based on the BBB rating of "F" and the less-than-professional impression, we opted not to pursue an appointment with this firm. If anyone has different / positive experience with this or any other loan mod firm, I'd be interested to learn of it!
