What great news! We called this lawyer from a TV ad we saw 2 months ago. We were behind on our mortgage for 7 months and needed some help. We tried to get a loan modification with Bank of America 2 times and they turned us down both times. From everything we read, we should have been able to get approved and were frustrated that we could not. My wife and I are college educated and felt that we could do this on our own but failed. The great news is that today we received a loan modification approval package from Bank of America and the terms are much better than what we were currently paying. I think that if you are struggling like we were you cannot go wrong with giving them a call. Now that we are approved I have told 2 family members about them (we were the guinea pig in this process) and they will be calling them this week. Thank you Liberty Credit Law for helping to allow us to sleep better at night!
