For the record this is the 3rd precious metals company I have done business with and also the most customer centric. All items were received in the condition described. Worked with Steve Kennedy and he was very responsive to every email I sent. Despite
the delivery taking longer than expected (maybe because it was over the holiday season) Steve kept me informed of the order status every step of the way. Will update if I complete another transaction with the company.
