My roommate and I have had a lot of issues with this company. They are charging us off the wall fees upon leaving their company to rent from another landlord and refuse to come to an agreement. They are charging us over 100 extra bucks for pet damages and cleaning fees even tho we had paid pet rent and pet deposit and cleaned the unit quite well. Though I can understand and sympathise as to why they would want the extra 100 bucks, if their business practice is this way with all their customers they need all the money they can get!
I would not advise others to rent from this company. I have asked others who rent from this company curently and in the past and most have stated simliar complaints.
