Mistakes made...shifted Blame

The process went fairly well but issues arose that ended up costing me more than originally discussed. When these issues arose the company made those usual apologies but simultaneously attempted to blame me for the mistakes. For example, they didn't tell me to ensure my mortgage auto pay feature was turned off prior to loan funding. I ended up paying an extra mortgage payment to my former mortgage holder and did not enjoy that free month between the two loans. I made purchases based on this and now I have double expenses for the month. They told me about this, they said, it's my fault, but they didn't. Whatever. I wouldn't use them again and certainly won't recommend them to anyone. I'm glad I'm done with the process. I'm sure this review won't surface since only sterling reviews get published.
