Avoid at all costs.
This person initiated a lawsuit on my behalf without any signed contracts or agreements, and without my knowledge or consent, claiming to be my representation, and listing me as the plaintiff. This was after disclosing specific information in order to obtain a legal consultation.
I never agreed that this person would represent me, nor did I agree to or request any legal action.
A complaint has been filed with the BBB.
