IF YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY...

I absolutely want to recommend Jerry Jacobson to anyone needing an attorney.
I was injured on the job, two separate incidences to be exact, with two separate employers and was getting no co-operation from either. The insurance companies for the employers seemed to be working together and against me. I had actual injuries and to this day suffer from pain.
Jerry Jacobson stepped in on a contingency basis, I had o out-of-pocket expenses. He started by getting me the medical attention I needed. He took care of all communications with the companies. I was able to turn everything over to him and concentrate on just betting better. Jerry finished by getting me a settlement that apparently surprised everyone around us.
Jerry Jacobson as you would expect spends much of his his day in court. He relies on his associates to handle business when he is. I emailed Jerry when I felt I wasn't getting what I needed from his office. I had a call back that same day. He not only handled my concerns, but provided me with a cell number that I could reach him at and offered that all future communications could be addressed directly to him. I actually felt he cared about what I was saying. From that day forward, I never had a call not returned. I was often just put right through when I called and he readily answered his cell phone. And, when it was time to be seen by the state workers comp doctor. I saw a wonderful doctor who made me feel very comfortable and who recognized that I was really hurt and not "faking it" as one of the insurance had suggested. And, when it was time to give a deposition where all parties were in attendance, Jerry provided me with an attorney that took control of the situation and who represented me. It was a difficult position to be in and "my attorney" took charge and took all the pressure off of me.
We all know each case is different, but my settlement in the end, after all expenses was 5 x what those around us were estimating. Even when the attorneys for the insurance companies offered less, Jerry came back, told me the offer and said "But I think I can get you more." and he did. We were able to get caught on our mortgage and pay our other bills. Thank you Jerry!
I wish this letter was better written, but time is short and I really didn't want to delay any further.
