I attempted to order two batteries and a charger for my Dell laptop, after navigating their cryptic ordering process, I ordered what I thought was the correct batteries and charger. When I received the merchandise, It was the wrong battery and charger. I looked for a way to return them in the packing slip but had to return to the website, send an email and then get a RMA from them, I followed the instructions, sent the batteries and charger back and then after a week, received no refund, I called the company and was told it had to be sent to another warehouse to process the return. Now it has been a week and a day since that conversation and still, no refund, this company apparently wants to take your money and not give it back.
