I had two previous experiences with movers. This was my third one and the worst of all of them. In the first quote the contractor send me, there was no mention of additional charges for packing materials that was only disclosed later on after I made the appointment. I personally consider this as a dishonest practice. At least one of the movers seemed to be inefficient and took way longer than I have seen with other movers. It seemed the main goal was how to get more money from the customer and not how to satisfy the customer. I requested at least 4 moving wardrobes but was provided only one and another broken one. The other person was nicer and more efficient. I would have liked to give a one star but they did help me with setting up some stuff and in the end my goods arrived safely at the destination. So one more star for safe driving and safe handling. I got duped by "A" rating in BBB. Caution, make sure you get all disclosures and charges before making an appointment. Also, I am not sure whether it was LAprom or whether a contractor of LAprom because the truck said "Pink Moving".
