We took an application from Cynthia but unfortunately we could not qualify her for a modification. We only charge people we can help so we did not charge Cynthia any money and called her back to let her know that we would not be able to take her on as a client. Cynthia continued to call us but at that point there was nothing we could do for her. We never promised her that we could help her and apologize to her if there was any confusion as to her eligibility or what we could or could not do for her. I want to reiterate that we never charged her any money and our policy is to only charge clients that we are able to approve for a modification. We also have a refund policy if for any reason a client decides not to go through with a modification after we have them approved.
