WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, DISHONEST!

I have never, ever had the misfortune of dealing with such unprofessional, incompetent, rude, disrespectful and dishonest people. Especially from the OC rep, Megan. The worst part about it is I cannot seek any resolution through the company as the contact we are given to work for is extremely rude and I refuse to work any further with her. We have had repeated negative experiences with trying to get necessary work/ repairs schedule and have proof that they give the workers different time frames. There have been multiple times in which we took off work to be present for the worker to arrive only to later be told, "they cancelled." Either they need to schedule their workers better, or they need to employ more reliable workers.
My further complaints: 1) Lack of timely response, this company consistently fails to respond to e-mails/ phone calls/ work orders.
2) It took literally months to get necessary issues corrected, we were living there 5 months (we just hit month 6 of a 12 month lease) with no AC/ Heater or Fireplace- why were those not working upon moving in and why did it take so long to get corrected
3) I got a call telling me I needed to immediately go home as a leak had been reported in our unit. I called for clarification and after a game of phone tag/ receiving contradictory information, I had left work to check out the situation (missing hours of pay) & got home and see nothing was awry. After contacting the number of the repair guy they had put me in touch with, he informed me the only notice of a leak he had received had been days prior- in a completely different building, which was later confirmed. When I called Megan later to explain my dissatisfaction with this 'over sight' and my requirement to leave work for the supposed "leak" she huffed and puffed and sighing when I told her my name. I asked why she was treating me with such attitude and disrespect as I had never dealt with her before and she said, "Drama, drama, drama, it's always drama with you guys."
Incident #3 was the most unprofessional and frustrating situation I have ever encountered. The only reason she would have to make such a statement was the fact we had to repeatedly submit request for work orders/ scheduling appointments due to the incompetence of her employees.
