I placed an order of 8 pen knives on November 2, 2017 and as of today, February 7, 2018, I still have not received them. They were supposed to be Christmas presents, of 2017. Several emails and phone calls the only thing they can tell me is they are on back order and there is no way to find out from the vendor how long it will be. Maybe they are using the wrong vendor. I even requested to have a supervisor contact me......nothing. Wrote a letter addressed to the CEO........nothing. If I could have put ZERO stars below I would have. I will share this review with as many LEOs as possible. I doubt if they will publish this. I'm still waiting..........
