My Last LAPG Order

Unfortunately, I've seen a steady decline in the inventory, customer service and extras. I ordered almost three times per year since 2013 and this last time will be my last. First off, I was only able to receive 3 of my initial 6 items as the rest was back-ordered. This is very common practice for LAPG to not have most things in stock; very frustrating. Then I was given the wrong item; understandable, it happens, but it was not even close to the right item. I then had to send it back after about a week or two of e-mails and was given a shipping label. It then took three weeks for the return to go through as their returns department was also behind. I waited on the phone for hours to get a sales rep and even then, that was if they were open. I even gave them a second chance on ordering their product again. I was told to request free shipping in the order notes, but that would have required me footing the initial bill so again I called to order it over the phone and avoid that step. The product was now backordered for over 45 days. I ended up ordering it from another store. The only thing holding LAPG together are their prices; they have great deals, but it's not worth the hassle of the backorders, wait times, customer service and lack of extras. I remember when LAPG used to do $3.99 shipping on every order. You would think that with the increase in business over the years they would at least keep things like that instead of increasing. I loved ordering from LAPG seven years ago, but it's been a downhill business model since then. The prices are simply not worth the headache anymore.
