Lies, Lies, Lies LA Auto One
|
I'll get to the point. Dealership had a vehicle for $8995.00 , same make & year vehicle are sold elsewhere between
11-14k, so it was one of those too good to be true deals. Drove out from the High Dessert to check it out. Got out of my car and was immediately approached by a bubble blowing sales lady. May I help you??? I was asked... Looking for the 2004 $8995.00 Toyota Sienna,, Oh..I just sold it this morning! O.K. I said. I could tell that she was lying to me because of the way she said it. Jumped back in my vehicle, waited 5 minutes and had my wife call the dealership to ask if the still had the 04 Sienna for $8995.00. Wife called and was told "YES WE DO! My wife said are you sure? I'm driving all the way from the High Dessert. YES...C'mon down. I then pulled over and called to speak with the manager. I'll end it here. The manager was in on the SCAM. His name is Jorge. He defended his employee till the end. It's businesses like this one that make it hard for the honest person doing business. These people would of had me drive over 60 miles just to lie to me once I got there by saying they just sold the vehicle. I typically shop at actual dealers but in this case, I just needed a vehicle for my wife to pick up the kids and go to the grocery store in. Buyer beware!!! Dealership was visited on 3/29/12
