Review 10/25/2010

Unfortunately, I am in the same boat, with my free trial arriving only last week. I have used the products and they are ok, nothing special and not "amazing" as they claim. My regular shampoo and conditioner from DHC which cost $15 each works just as well, so I plan on sending back. After reading all the negative feedback on the company and how it seems everyone was billed the $98.50 even after following the directions and returning the products, I anticipate the same trouble. :/
Did anyone pay for shipping confirmation on the return? I wonder if that would be good to do since it seems the company likes to claim they "never recieved the return" as to why they go ahead and charge their customers the $98.50.
I also wonder if I can give my bank a heads up and ask them to block any Kronos charges on my account, letting them know I only authorized the initial shipping charges. I'd rather not have to fight for a credit if I can help it.
Thanks for any help you can pass along if you've had any success in getting Kronos to honor the return without charging your card the $98.50. Jen
