WARNING: KRONOS SCAMMED ME through false and/or intentionally misleading advertising.
Kronos advertised promotional hair-care products for FREE with only a shipping cost of $4.95 attached. One month later, Kronos secretly charged $98.50 to my account WITHOUT notifying me in any way and would have continued secretly and periodically to charge my account in the future if I had not noticed the $98.50 charge on my online bank account statement.
Apparently, Kronos MAY have included fine print during the check-out process, but I must have missed whatever text actually existed to this effect. I called in to demand a refund, but Kronos is refusing to refund me any more than $45 even after a lengthy phone conversation. I have just filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and am waiting to see what happens. I got the idea to report Kronos's abuse after reading various websites and web-logs where other people describe having fallen into the same trap.
HEARSAY: I have read many accounts by other people that Kronos is ENTIRELY a scam: not only do they steal your money directly (i.e., right out of your bank account without your knowledge), but the products that are supposed to justify their "membership fees" are allegedly phony, as well, and do not work as advertised. I for one have no interest in any future business with Kronos.
PRODUCT: Since I only used the Kronos Hair Transformation Kit for one week, I cannot personally attest to the effectiveness of Kronos's Glow hair-care products.
UPDATES: I will update this review as I learn more and/or as the situation develops.
