Purchased a home in Canopy Creek and regret it everyday. The Kolter management company cares less about HO's and forget even trying to work with Kolter. Kolter does advertise a "Gated Community", but failed to mention (until confronted at a POA meeting) that the Gate was never "promised secured or manned". There is NO Security as the "Greeter" only works from 10am to 6pm (for Kolter) interests. Kolter representative promised that the Gate security issues would be resolved,and talking to neighbors this promise has been ongoing for 10 years! When the virus struck and all gyms were ordered closed (Kolter closed our Private gym) that far exceeds EVERY requirement to assure safety to all. Even a Dr., wrote that "closing our facility was and remains uncalled for. HOWEVER, Kolter cares less in trying to work with the HO's that frequent the facility. The ol' sayin'...BUYERS BEWARE!
