My over all service experience with KLeen O' Green Carpet Maintance Systems was excellent. When i started to check my area rugs and carpet i was surprise that it dried in less than two hours. I couldn't believe my eyes when i saw the after effects of the cleaning. When i vacum the next day the carpet continued to look brighter and cleaner as if the cleaning agents were still working. There were no stains returning after carpet dried.
The technition was very courteous and explained in detail what he was doing; he even educated me on the care of my carpet continued future use.
I was completly satisfied with over all cleaning effect; especially the quick drying of less than two hours. I used to wait a least 10 hours with previous cleaners in the past.
The company did everything that was promised. I am totally satisfied.
