I ordered several hair care products from Kinky-Curly through their online website in May of 2008. The company was quick to debit my checking account but was very slow in delivering the products. Actually I never received any of the things that I ordered from them. Unfortunately Kinky-Curly does not have a contact number for customer questions or complaints,they only provide an email address. When I emailed the company the first time using the address they provided on their website I got a "auto reply message" that directed me to another email address where the company could be reached. I then used the new email address and after several attempts to contact them regarding my purchase I never got a response back. I had to then contact my financial institution and file a complaint all in an attempt to get my money back. All of this cold of been avoided with a simply reply to my first email. This experience with Kinky Curly was extremely frustrating and time consuming. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a thing from this company.
