I called the 800 number from the tv to order the bubble machine for the tub. I only got a recording wanting me to buy more & more. I did not get to talk to a "REAL PERSON" the recording kept oftering more & more products, which I decline repeatly. Finally at the end I was not given a total to be charged to my card for prices or shipping. I was told it would be 72 hours before I could call customer service. I called customer service and they could not help me. Nor could I talk with a Manager. I told them this was not good business to not be given a total amount that would be charged to my card and I was going to cancel the amount with my bank and report to the BBB.
