I have had the worst experience ever when I took my 2005 Kia Sorento to this dealership to be repaired. Not only did they not fix the problem but when I asked them to help me afterwards they implied that the car situation was my fault. I have never been treated so badly...nor have I ever seen a company place the blame on a loyal customer like I experienced with this dealership. It is my sincere recommendation to anyone considering going to Kia of Riverside to reconsider and get a much better service and much better treatment elsewhere (anywhere else). I will never go to the establishment for anything ever again. I will do all that I can to let others know about this to avoid like circumstances.
