Refund Nightmare

Be careful if you buy anything from this store. If you need to return merchandise, you may never get your money back. I am getting ready to file a police report. I mailed something back on January 22, 2016 and it was confirmed delivered on January 27. It has now been 15 business days and I have not received my refund yet. I can not file a claim on the insurance until I file a police report.
