This legal firm provides the client w/POOR service. Each appt I had at the firm, I met with a totally different person, which hurt my case in the long run due to weak attorney knowledge.They charge, even if your case is not heard that court date. No problem if its because of court issues, but when your case is not heard because the "attorney of the day" is overloaded in cases, then I dont think its fair for us as consumers to pay outrageous fees, which pile-up after 5 days your case being continued in court by the attorney, NOT the judge. They charge high amounts for any type of help or even a question!Expect to receive intimidating/hostile letters from the firm if you challenge them or if are being billed. Terrible customer care. Horrible legal assitance! Zero people skills. Will NEVER use them again. They are hostile, threatening, and intimidate the client based on their profession. They give the legal professionals a bad name.
