Use Kareo if you want to go out of business

Horrible company, should be able to go below 1 star. kareo was double billing our patients, (fraud), even after we posted them with kareo. They would say they never received the post we faxed, after telling them we have the fax confirmation, they would look again and find it, and say oops, sorry, we had one success coordinator laugh and say to us, "my team does not know what they are doing". Patietns were so upset the told our referring physicians, friend, etc, it hurt us in the eyes of the community because patients did not know the difference between out sourcing our billing and out company, in their eyes, it was us making the billing mistakes. When trying to get hold of kareo, we could not get hold of our success coordinator, no return calls or emails, 1 time we even called our success coordinator with private calling on a cell phone and they picked up right away not knowing it was us, that was 30 seconds after we tried to call on our company phone that they didn't answer. There is so much more I could add. If your thinking about using kareo don't, if you are using kareo get out. They will tell you they are working hard to resolve problems, which is not the truth. Then they will blame you. Crooked company
