Horrible Customer Service

It took 3 calls, 2 emails and 5 hours to FINALLY contact a supervisor just so I could continue service. When I asked if the company would compensate me in any way for all of the time spent and runaround give I was challenged by the supervisor Frank("did you lose any money as a result of this?"), as in, I certainly deserved nothing for spending a total of the better part of a day to end my contract.
I suggest Kareo increases their supervision of staff and trains their supervisors in customer service.
