I am extremely pleased with Kareo. We decided to bring our billing in house at the beginning of this year. With no billing experience before, our Kareo trainer walked us through the entire set-up process and also trained us on everything billing. She did
not let us go out on our own until she felt we were 100% capable and confident in our skills. We saw an immediate benefit with collections versus having our billing outsourced. The program can look complicated, but with all the live training and training videos
available, it is broken down to make it simple and easy. The Kareo staff are quick to reply via email and also are always available when we call with questions. I would highly recommend Kareo to anyone looking to bring billing in house or looking for a new
billing program. We use the insurance billing, claims and payment systems and also send patient statements thought the program. We are looking to also start using their awesome scheduling tools as well!
