I was in need of repair services for an REO property that I was assigned. This company was very diligent from the clean-out all the way through to the repairs and sell-ready condition of the property. The owner was easy to speak to and pricing was affordable. The job was so well done that multiple offers were received and the property was sold for top dollar. I will definitely recommend the services of this company to anyone who has REO/Bank Owned/Investor Owned properties in need of repairs or clean out.
