I am a customer of Justhost.com. My website is hosted by the company. I have just completed the arduous process of working with a designer to complete a upgrade my website that was transferred Justhost. Justhost took my site down after stating that Phising and Spam was be conducting via my site. Not being the guru, I asked for an explanation. I was told to send an email stating the I was the owner of the accounts. I did that! I was told to send an email stating that I approved of deletion of the script in question. I did that! I was told to send my WAN IP #. I did that! After two chats, about 6-7 telephone calls and being on hold for 20 mins each time, countless e-mail reponses, and being told three times that my site would be back up in 10 mins (it never happened). After all of that, I receive an email from a senior administrator, who only communicates in encrypted messages that there are two other problems. Mr. Andrew Lush,senior administrator, requested that I send him additional information and he would send me the error/complaint. I sent it to him two days ago and have yet to hear from him. I am told that you can only e-mail senior administrators. The service is poor, and a very different tone from the tone I received when I signed up for the service. Linda Williams
