Sucks. Seriously. They just billed my card without my permission or knowledge that they even had it on file. I made a payment over 6 months ago on behalf of someone else and was never informed they would be keeping my information on file and would use it for future transactions.
When I called, after pressing several different options, I ended up having to select option called Billing, I heard a recording stating I should send an email regarding my issue. The option for charges on my bill that I am not aware of, only lead to a palm pilot voice mail... Go figure...
So when I made the demand for them to reverse the charges and remove my financial info from their database, because I never authorized nor gave permission, they told me I DID authorize it and that I had to get the account holder to remove MY FINANCIAL information from their records!
I then asked them to provide evidence, written or verbal, of consent I gave them to charge my card or keep it on file. They have yet to do so...
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
The owner of the group who has the account informed me that they billed their company twice on the same day. This does not include what they charged me for.
#TheyKnowTheyAreWrong and that's why they have the option to press for those who noticed they have been charged for something they have no knowledge about (even though it doesn't work at all...)
