If there were zero starts, JustHost would earn it. I have had nothing but problems from this company. I tried to set up a website using their services. I agreed to their pricing, since it was so cheap. Anyway, after a whole day of trying to contact people their for help, getting bad information, waiting on phone for long periods of time, I decided to cancel and go with someone else. I received a confirmation email stating that all was cancelled The deductions from my business account exceeded $200 but they only refunded a partial amount $86.00. I let that go. A year later, they have deducted another amount from my account. I tried to tell them that I cancelled a year ago, and owe them nothing. Now they say I never cancelled and give me a link to click on to cancel. However, that link only shows the option of getting back a small amount of the money they deducted this year. I will be contacting a lawyer to pursue. I do not know how the BBB can give them a B rating.
