JustHost really shouldn't get any stars. Let's begin with the downtime. Every time I wanted to work on my site it was down from a five to fifteen minute window. I'm not talking once in a great while. I'm talking almost every day. I contacted JustHost several times to this fact where they continued to insist the issue was on my end. It wasn't. I'm a web developer and access several other hosting services that provide zero down time. At least I never had any of my clients go on their service. I learned the hard way for them.
They blocked my personal account for having streaming audio. No warning at all. They sent me a link of their policies and it did indeed say no audio or video streaming. Every other host I deal with provides streaming for both these media. How behind the times is that? I broke their policy so that was on me. But don't shut off my account with a snap of the finger. Send me an email to the fact and give me time to correct the issue.
Why did I stay with them so long knowing they were a disaster. I run a news site with modest amounts of content. I really didn't want to move it all to a new server, but I finally got so frustrated and fed up I took time away from my paying work to get this done. I wish I knew what a terrible services this was before I signed up for it.
