I retained JurisConsult Law to handle the modification with my mortgage company, Bank of America. I had worked with BOA myself since Feb. 2009 on trial mods finding each time they did not complete my file. The threat of foreclosure was very stressful. My oldest son is a life long invalid and I have cared for him at home for 34 years. Losing my home would mean he would have to be institutionalized. Juris was so helpful with the paperwork and compassionate to my situation and the fee was very reasonable. It took a few months for my mortgage company to get down to business with my Juris agent and she did a lot of hand-holding and listening to me. Juris secured a great modification for me and my agent even called me on her day off to give me the good news. Thanks to JurisConsult I now have a mortgage payment I can live with again, can repair my credit and continue caring for my invalid son at home. They really went the extra mile and then some!
