I signed up with this shoddy law group as well back in 08 before all the bad reviews came out. Since then, I haven't gotten a thing done and now I read they are filing for bankruptcy. I am out of over $3000 and am looking to get my money returned to me. Has anyone out there been able to get any thing established (whether through the BBB or another company) in the form of getting their money back. This law firm was very responsive until they received my payment. Every review I read was good on them back then. I even call Jonathan himself and spoke to him because I was a little reluctant to pay them for services with them being so far away from me. Please let me know if anyone out there has some advice or has taken the necessary steps already to get their return. This law firm can't get away with scamming all of these people when they are already in hard times.
