Horrible service! I paid them to help me with my loan modification but have been passed around to 4 different people. Its been about a year now and I can't even get a hold of the phone operator or case managers now. Even tried Jonathan himself and was pushed aside (told me to keep trying to reach my case manager). What a joke! I am sharing my personal experience so that others are informed before deciding to go with this company.
