My first impression of Johnny’s Auto Clinic is that Johnny takes the time to make sure that every customer and their cars are well taken care of. He makes sure that when you drive out of his auto clinic your car is safe to drive. I contacted Johnny on Saturday morning to inquire on the cost of a new transmission for my 2006 Mini Cooper. I had just had work done at the Mini dealership two weeks ago for the regular maintenance and then suddenly I was having issues so I took it in and they said it was my transmission and that it would cost me $9K for a new transmission. In talking with Johnny he gave me the worst case scenario and told me not to give up yet to bring the car in for him to just take a look before I do anything. I picked up my car from the dealership and they said yes it’s your transmission and it would be ok to drive. I drove it straight to Johnny’s he took it for a test drive and said this is not safe for you to drive. I gave Johnny the paperwork from the dealership of the work that had been completed and he right away got on the phone. He called the representative from the dealership that still has not called him back and made a few other calls to advocate for me and the work that was done on my car. Johnny cleaned the transmission and changed the transmission fluid from 2 weeks ago and noticed that it was not filled to the correct level. He also noticed that the battery was not running at its full capacity and put in a new battery and re – programmed the computer of the car for the electrical in hopes that this would work. He did it!!! His hardwork, dedication and perseverance to get my car to drive safely and fix the situation stood out. He saved me $9K by taking the time to figure it out and I appreciated it a lot. My first impression of Johnny auto clinic is they are AWESOME!!!!!! I will bring my car back and I will recommend you to all my family and friends. Thank you! !!!!
