They started off fine with me. Had all the fine treatment until mid December 2010. They no longer return calls, now their phones are disconnected.
They took my money and dissappeared like they did to others.
The FC rule came out in January 2011 and they had the option to continue with our file.

They have been taking call but are not returning your calls.
If you file has been assigned to them, in a little while call the FTC (1-877-382-4357) and register your complaint so the the Gov't can go after these greedy people.
Now everyone back to square one, got to call the bank or hire an attorney spending more money again.
