Review 1/12/2011
|
I initiated my contract back in September 2010 with ARL. I sent them documents after documents on a monthly basis. In late November, they contacted me to inform me that my case went to mitigation to work out with Bank of America. In December, I changed jobs to a full time position with more pay. I sent them that information. Three days after the New Year I received a letter from American Residential Law Group that they are no longer able to assist. The letter appeared ficitious like something printed off of a computer nothing official without the signature of the lawyer, mitigator, etc. So, now I have to consider bankruptcy. I sent them an email and received no response. I have been on the phone for the past 40 minutes now as we speak waiting to speak with someone.
Note to All: Send a letter to your state Comp Controller and Local Representatives dictating all of your contact and resolution methods. At the end of the day, it's up to the Bank I guess.
