I contacted this company in may of 2010 sent them all the needed info within days and they did contact my mortgage company with the limited power of attorney papers stating that they were going to represent us well then after that heard nothing else, i called and called the company and got nothing so i called my mortgage company guess what they received nothing else either so i had to resend everything to my mortgage company and long story short finially got in touch with the company requested money be sent back to me that they didn't own up to what they were suppose to do been told my money was on the way and 2 yrs later no money and no phone calls. can someone help?
