Great customer service

My parents ordered an armoire as a gift for me. When we opened it, we realized it was damaged. I contacted Jeweryboxdirect.com and though I had to send pictures of the damage, it was quickly taken care of and in the end my parents credited. I still love the armoire as it's exactly what I was looking for , but since I am going out of town for a couple weeks, I will reorder when I get back. I will order it from them again as they did a very good job dealing with the situation and were nothing but honest and clear every step of the way. It took only the time that I expected it would and they had told me it would to take care of everything. I was credited while on the phone with customer service once they knew it was picked up. Definitely makes me feel more comfortable ordering online and from them. I only gave 4 stars because I wish that the item was perfect the first time around, but otherwise a 5 stars in how my order was handled by customer service.
