I give them a -5 star rating. My sofa has had a problem from the start.I have been calling since June it is now October and I am still sitting on a sofa that needs to be exchanged. I have never had such bad service in my life. I will never shop at Jennifer Convertibles in my life. They should all be shut down.
Just an example I got a call and was offered $200.00 to keep my sofa as is, my response was if I wanted a damaged sofa I would have gone to a garage sale.I do not want $200. I want a new sofa......So guess what they are putting the order in again. Maryl (manager) plays games to waste your time. I have called her 2x a day for 3 days she is always out to lunch and when I call back she is out for the day.
