John at Fong Travel is absolutely great. In the age of the internet and online travel scheduling, it is really comforting to know that your travel arrangements are being made by a person who is interested in making your trip memorable and safe. I liked the fact that I was asked to provide an option of the trip and resort after the fact to help others make informed decisions on their travel plans. John was very attentive to details. He's warm and friendly demeanor were wonderful when we were thinking of changing our plans at the last minute. John is very knowledgeable, but, knows the Caribbean quite will. We're starting to think about our next trip and we will use John for travel arrangements.
