I already filed for bankruptcy and now my condo was going into foreclosure. When I received
the Sheriff Sale I did not know what to do. I came across Matthew Ferreras flyer in the mail. I did not want to call because I thought this would be a scam or a con artist. I called and spoke to Matthew Ferreras about my situation. He listened, was kind, very very patient and he is very professional. Within a few days he took over my foreclosure sale. He did a short sale and saved me for ruining my credit even more with a foreclose on my credit report. Now that my condo is sold, I am less stress and much happier. I would recommend Matthew and Joe to other people who is going through the same situation I went through. This will give me an opportunity to re-build my credit back up.
