Think RC shipped a defective unit. Their return policy is unreasonable as they require the customer to pay shipping and a restocking fee. The following is a copy of my email to Think RC sent the next business day following the receipt of my order. Clearly, when any business ships a defective product, that business should be responsible for the cost of returning it. The following is the description of the problem that I emailed to Think RC. I received my order and have a problem with one of the S107 controllers. The controller stops transmitting while the S107 is in flight. I have used both of my S107s with this controller and both units stop operating while in flight and drop to the floor. I have used both of my S107s with the other controller and both units work perfectly when under the control of the second controller unit. I would like to return/replace the defective unit. How do I do that?
