Purchasing procucts from JJIElectronics was great, when I notified the company of defective equipment they replaced the product without delay. When this product also failed, I requested a refund,(this is where the fun begins), I got the standard we are looking into it, and then there were no more responses to emails. I waited for about 3 weeks and tried to contact again, still nothing. I finally reported them to BBB, and Attorny General, still no response, 2 months later I told them I was filing a lawsuit in 1 week and 2 days later I had my refund. So if you want to buy product from this company, just do not expect that your refunds will be quick.
