The management is dishonest. Everyone who moves out of one of their properties gets screwed! The management tries to keep your whole security deposit plus adding on thousands of dollars of bogus charges. It's the classic David and Goliath story. They have all the resources, so the tenants end up paying exorbitant fees to avoid going to court. I know it's hard to find good apartment management. I definitely didn't find it here, and I'm glad to have moved on.
