Do not order a bike online. Their customer service is terrible if you encounter a problem. I received the wrong bike, and struggled to reach someone on the phone. Their voice mailbox was always full, and when I reached a person, my request to speak to a manager was ignored.
I immediately returned the wrong bike, in the hopes that the correct bike would be sent to me, but they ran out of the item I had originally ordered even though I repeatedly requested that they send one out to me and/or hold one until the incorrect bike was returned.
Even after they received the original bike, they did not attempt to send me a new bike or refund my money. I had to file a complaint with Paypal, and I did not receive a refund for over a month.
I wish that I had checked their Better Business Rating before I ordered online. I have since read many other negative reviews on other websites.
They seem to offer a nice selection of reasonably priced bikes, but ordering online seems risky.
