Got bid from him and accepted price. After job was completed, he tried to increase his price saying permits and materials were extra but in his bid, it said included. I showed him numerous emails and texts with his bid and yet he insisted he was owed more and wrote me nasty emails and threatened me with liens. He is not trustworthy. Tried to hustle me for extra money after he was paid.
